The Met Office is the UK's National Weather Service. We have a long history of weather forecasting and have been working in the area of climate change for more than two decades. As a world leader in providing weather and climate services, we employ more than 1,800 at 60 locations throughout the world. The Korea Polar Data Center (KPDC) is an organization dedicated for managing different types of data acquired during scientific research that South Korea carries out in Antarctic and Arctic regions. South Korea, as an Antarctic Treaty Consultative Party (ATCP) and an accredited member of the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) established the Center in 2003 as part of its effort to joint international Antarctic research.

The GES DISC is the home (archive) of NASA Precipitation and Hydrology, as well as Atmospheric Composition and Dynamics remote sensing data and information.
