The Health and Medical Care Archive (HMCA) is the data archive of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), the largest philanthropy devoted exclusively to health and health care in the United States. DataverseNO commits to facilitate that published data remain accessible and (re)usable in a long-term perspective. The repository is owned and operated by UiT The Arctic University of Norway. DataverseNO accepts submissions from researchers primarily from Norwegian research institutions. Datasets in DataverseNO are grouped into institutional collections as well as special collections. The technical infrastructure of the repository is based on the open source application Dataverse (https://dataverse.org), which is developed by an international developer and user community led by Harvard University.

RADAR4Culture is a low-threshold and easy-to use service for sustainable publication and preservation of cultural heritage research data. It offers free publication for any data type and format according to the FAIR principles, independent of the researcher´s institutional affiliation. Through persistent identifiers (DOI) and a guaranteed retention period of at least 25 years, the research data remain available, citable and findable long-term. Currently, the offer is aimed exclusively at researchers at publicly funded research institutions and (art) universities as well as non-commercial academies, galleries, libraries, archives and museums in Germany. No contract is required and no data publication fees are charged. The researchers are responsible for the upload, organisation, annotation and curation of research data as well as the peer-review process (as an optional step) and finally their publication.

The Tromsø Repository of Language and Linguistics (TROLLing) is a FAIR-aligned repository of linguistic data and statistical code. The archive is open access, which means that all information is available to everyone. TreeBASE is a repository of phylogenetic information, specifically user-submitted phylogenetic trees and the data used to generate them. TreeBASE accepts all types of phylogenetic data (e.g., trees of species, trees of populations, trees of genes) representing all biotic taxa. Data in TreeBASE are exposed to the public if they are used in a publication that is in press or published in a peer-reviewed scientific journal, book, conference proceedings, or thesis. Data used in publications that are in preparation or in review can be submitted to TreeBASE but are only available to the authors, publication editors, or reviewers using a special access code.
