Description

Constellation is a service of the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility (OLCF) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), managed by UT-Battelle LLC for the US Department of Energy (DOE). The Constellation portal allows OLCF facility users and ORNL staff to publish open datasets associated with active research projects funded by DOE. Datasets are assigned a permanent DOI and submitted to the DOE's Office of Scientific and Technical Information for inclusion in the DOE Data Explorer. OLCF users can use the repository to publish datasets even before the publication of the paper, and retain key data even after project expiration. Constellation's mission is to curate, publish, and archive digital research data from any discipline. We provide long-term public access to support research transparency, reproducibility, and to foster new discoveries.
