The NCI Cancer Models Database, caMOD, will be retired on December 24, 2015. Information about many of the mouse models hosted in caMOD was obtained from the Jackson Laboratory Mouse Tumor Biology (MTB) Database and can be accessed through that resource http://tumor.informatics.jax.org/mtbwi/index.do.
To obtain raw data, simply notify Application Support firstname.lastname@example.org.
