The ENCODE Encyclopedia organizes the most salient analysis products into annotations, and provides tools to search and visualize them. The Encyclopedia has two levels of annotations: Integrative-level annotations integrate multiple types of experimental data and ground level annotations. Ground-level annotations are derived directly from the experimental data, typically produced by uniform processing pipelines.

The Pfam database is a large collection of protein families, each represented by multiple sequence alignments and hidden Markov models (HMMs). !!! Powering down the Pfam website On October 5th, redirecting the traffic from Pfam (pfam.xfam.org) to InterPro (www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro) will start. The Pfam website will be available at legacy.pfam.xfam.org until January 2023, when it will be decommissioned. The FAIRDOMHub is built upon the SEEK software suite, which is an open source web platform for sharing scientific research assets, processes and outcomes. FAIRDOM (Web Site) will establish a support and service network for European Systems Biology. It will serve projects in standardizing, managing and disseminating data and models in a FAIR manner: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable. FAIRDOM is an initiative to develop a community, and establish an internationally sustained Data and Model Management service to the European Systems Biology community. FAIRDOM is a joint action of ERA-Net EraSysAPP and European Research Infrastructure ISBE.
